Mission completion bug on qualifying?

I did not get the mission completion when I qualified? Not a huge deal since I'll get it in an hour or two but not everyone plays as much as I do

Playing qualifying game right now. I'll update if I get it or not.
I have experienced the same thing and thought that the only possible reason would be if the first win of the day was not available when the game started, it would not count towards completion for some reason. So if it became available during the game you were playing and you won, it would not count.
