Why Isn't this an option?

Why can't we choose to keep old splash arts/old champ select music? There are SO many champs like Ezreal and even Katarina, who I just don't enjoy their new splashes like their old one. It makes them feel different. And music like the old draft pick music, that was the best. I want that too. I mean we have the option to switch the music from summoners rift to the new or old one. Why can't we change other settings in game? There are SO many things that we can change to our liking I don't see why we can't use it. It will eliminate ANY complaints about new splash arts because they can keep the old one. It just doesn't make sense and I wish we could put it in somehow. I mean it's already made, just a matter of putting it back in.
