Renekton top: full AD quints and Marks, Armor pen for both or a mixture?

In your personal opinion, the ideal set up for the lane bullies are going to determine when they are going to be a problem.

For example, if Rengar is going to go top and plans on abandoning the lane post 12 minutes to make the enemy ADC afk, he'd run Armor Pen for the mid game spike until he has more items.

A Garen facing an enemy top with no way of getting out of his E would probably take AD runes for ideal last hitting and substantial trades from level 2 and up in order to get a cleaver and supplement his Armor pen with the item.

However, I cannot decide 100% of the time for what Renekton likes. With the Thunderlord mastery being the one true love, getting Precision on the previous tier gives him so much free penetration. Add on the flat pen page and anything within the threshold of say... 90 armor is eating anything he does for true damage before thinking about his enhanced E.

He likes AD and he likes penetrating butts. But which would you say is better in patch 5.24?
