Why is Vlad so effective even if you shut him down early game?

There's way too many games where i've chain killed this dumb ass champion all early game, but he somehow causes so much havoc with a FUCKING PROTOBELT.

and getting your adc to buy an executioners calling is a mini game on its own

what the fuck?

He's just a pretty strong champ and can swap licks nicely with his Q heal early game, personally I haven't seen a lot of great Vladimir players but once they get his pretty simple combo down they're good to go.

I don't mind playing against heal champs but being in silver elo makes it hard considering everyone ignores me when I ask them to buy grevious wounds just so they can build their favorite website build.

dont worry. In plat nobody buys grevious wounds and he stomps. Literally have to beg my adc to buy executioners, but by that time i'm already afk

The real question is why he's immune to tanks in laning phase if his counterplay is "shut him down".

Nasus and tryn used to be the same but they're now worthless post 25m against a halfway coordinated team.
