Now if you want to know my opinion on how Ryze should get nerfed it is this.

Reduce the scaling on his E Q Proc. Currently E increased Q damage scaling is 20%/40%/60%/80%/100% damage increase. change that to 15%/30%/45%/60%/75%

But at the same time, you need to remember now we just killed 25% of the scaling.

If that nerf ends up being too much

Then take the increased damage from Mana and shielding and increase it by 1% so instead of 3% across the board it is 4%. This raises his damage across all skills but not on his E Q combo. It will also give him the increased survivability.

if the nerfs are not enough then I say increase the travel time (at max length) Q by .2 of a second or something close to that. Yes that .2 of a second will make a difference from a max range W E Q combo. So ryze cant just flash w e q kill you without you being able to do anything. He has to be closer for it to be effective.

Now for everyone saying gut him. Learn to play against those champions. I remember when people used to bitch about old malzahar because he was GGEZ. Learn to play against them ffs. Prove you should be higher than plat 4.

i dont care if you nerf him into oblivion I have the next meta champion ready to be picked up, I play to win. And winning is the meta.
