Break the six divisions into a "Casual" and "Contender" Classes

I have always believed there should be two levels of play with different balances. Break the six divisions into a "Casual" and "Contender". They both run the gamut of Bronze to Diamond but only when you are a contender is there a Master and Challenger rank. I would like a little bragging rights for the time that I play and I have too much to do.... no... I do not care to put in the ours to make it to Platinum. I am a grown man with other duties that get in the way of my fun.

I would be happy to be a casual Plat. My Sona is the balance from SEASON 3 not your SEASON 5. Maybe one day I would graduate to "Bronze Contender" and the balances would switch with a contender's patch. Confetti would burst from my LOL client. The screen would say NOW THE REAL BATTLE BEGINS!

Current balancing ruins a champ for half the population that can't exploit the the hidden op nature of a champ. IT leaves us saying "WTF happened to my favorite champ? They weren't OP!"
