@Meddler When you rework Flat Armor Pen, can you keep the following champions in mind?

So I heard that we were getting massive changes to Flat Armor Penetration, and I was worried about how it may affect the core builds of some non-assassin champions that utilize it. Many of these champions have as their core item, and changes to the item could need them in need of both compensation buffs and drastic nerfs. Although some of these champions have proven major balance problems (looking at you and ) many of these champions are healthy and balanced right now.

Although he maybe the most toxic LoL player ever, Tyler 1's Armor pen Draven build is very popular and in some respects healthier than Crit, as there is no RNG element.

Nocuturne is more of a diver, but he still uses in many situations.

Quinn is only played by a handful of players right now, but her core build always seems to revolve around .

He may be up for a full VGU, but I don't think it means he should be absolute garbage tier. I'm no worried much about him, since he is an assassin of types.

Currently, Varus seems to be on a Full AD/Armor Pen Mid Lane build, with Manamune and . I don't want him to be thrown in the ditch for some assassin changes.

I'm biased since I main him, but the Armor Pen build of into is what really made him strong, and if Flat Pen Gets change too much it could hurt him a lot. Still, I'm not worried that much about GP.
