Instead of Nerfing Devourer, change Rageblade

Devourer doesn't see a lot of high-end play, because the stacking mechanism is too taxing at high end so other junglers can dominate someone with devourers. I think a change to Rageblade would be more suitable.

item 3124 GUINSOO'S RAGEBLADE (+30) +40 attack damage +40 ability power Passive UNIQUE: Basic attacks (on-attack) grant 2 stacks. At 8 stacks, gain GUINSOO'S RAGE. A stack grants +8% attack speed, (+3 attack damage) and (+4 ) +5 ability power for 5 seconds, stacking up to 8 times, granting a total of +64% attack speed and +40 ability power. UNIQUE – GUINSOO'S RAGE: Deal (20) 10 ((+15%) +20% bonus AD) ((+7.5%) 10% AP) on-hit magic damage to the target and nearby units in a 350 units radius area of effect.

This change would shift its power slightly, giving it less attack damage and on-hit damage early on (which to me, is the problem with the item). It would scale into the game slightly better and be better for true hybrid builds due to the slight increase in on hit AP ratio.

That way, the pesky devourer-rageblade junglers shouldn't be able to completely dominate low-mid elo so much. item 3931 item 3124 MasterYi Udyr XinZhao Jax Shyvana

Both items need to be looked at and it is beyond me to think that Rito didn't know that this item combination wasn't going to cause problems.

I would nerf the AS, since everyone building it has on-hit effects. Nerfing AD wouldn't do anything. (jax/shyv are already like 60% phys 40% magic, and all of them have a lot of on hit effects)

As a rageblade user, lets just delete rageblade from the game.
