After Bard Q and hit a champion he gains attack speed soo that he can throw his thingis basic attack more often. For quick Dps output.
His W if stepped on by the enemies reveal them for some time, same goes for invisible units.
He should be able to close his portal E
His ulti affect only his allies when they are low hp.

You dont need increased attack speed or his ult only stasising allies. Its good the way it is.
Laraso1 votesBard isn't made for DPS. If you give him attack speed after hitting Q, you're just going to blow through your meep slows faster.
Punishing people for removing your health shrines is bad. That's like saying if Evelynn removes a Rek'sai tunnel, she should be revealed for 5 seconds.
The portal suggestion, however, is reasonable, but I think it would make the ability too strong. He would have a free out from any situation.
