I would rather see other adc's buffed into viability rather than seeing vayne pushed out. At the current moment adc diversity is kind of stagnate. You have vayne, ashe, and jinx. You're generally going to see these three in every game you play.

@op Devourer itself wouldn't be broken if it didn't synergize with botrk. == Applying hp% damage twice is just broken as hell. I think it would be a fairly balanced item otherwise. But every devourer jg builds this item 90% of the time. I could actually see it getting a buff if botrk wasn't a thing.
