Because pantheon can't double flash you from 1 screen away, kill you in the middle of your team, and get back instantly to his tower, all that on a fucking 20 seconds CD.

But former leblanc could.

Bullshit, if LeBlanc could dash to you with W and R and she still killed you you didnt buy any mr at all.
If literally nobody stopped her on her second dash you are most likely below gold.
Pantheon has Autoattack block, tell that it isnt oppressive, annoying and uninteractive just like LeBlancs dashes.
SHE STILL HAS HER DASHES, which means that it wasnt the problem.

W and R dealt a shitload of damages at this time, now they gutted W's ratios so it's all good. autoattack blocks have nothing to do with being oppressive. It's not like he's gonna jump on you and autoblock you to death, and there's a lot of champions (mages & tanks), who do not really care about his auto block, Jax has a 2s full auto block it's not this oppressive.

While yes, they both had oppressive laning, the problem with lb is that she could bully, burst, and escape with ease. The safety of her laning for the oppressive benefits she had was unhealthy for the game. I loved playing old lb, but I have to say she deserved a rework.

They decided her identity was her mobility, so they took away the instant part of her burst to make her stick around for a second and a half, waiting for her sigil to activate so she could do her damage. With mobility as strong as hers, also being able to burst anyone who didn't have 4 MR items from 100-0 in under a quarter second was too much. The sigil change was so that during the time she was waiting for her sigil to activate, she could be hit with a CC ability from someone on her victim's team (and I'm saying victim, not opponent, because she makes League of Legends closer to Slenderman than HotS).

I still ban her every single game. If they hadn't reworked Galio, I wouldn't because I was able to play old Galio into her, but with the Galio rework, he doesn't provide the same answer as he did before.

Too strong in laning while having decent scaling with w rw q through an enemy team. She had counters, but she also still had incredibly good roaming from w max. So they wanted to tone down w scaling + early roaming + early engage options. All of these strengths came from w so they nearly gutted the spell (and its still maxed second) so that she lost power in all areas of the game.

The rework failed to address her problems and really should be reverted or she should be given another one. This is coming from someone who absolutely loves the new Leblanc and has ~600 games played on it.

As for the pantheon question, he sucks late game with nothing like Leblanc's old aoe.

Is it fotm now to call stuff "uninteractive"? It doesn't even make any sense. THis champion jumps in your face and destroys you and you think she is getting changes because she was uninteractive? That's ridiculous!

Ive played a lot of games as LeBlanc and against LeBlanc, and for me i find new LeBlanc even more annoying to play against since the w damage got gutted LeBlancs dont use W aggressively as much making punishing LeBlanc for using W much less likely. Right after LeBlancs rework Whenever the enemy laner took LeBlanc from me i would always pick Anvia, and would just farm until LeBlanc used her W at me then i would blow LeBlanc up with a simple Q E Auto combo. So for me i dont like fighting against LeBlanc in her current state when compared to before her W nerf, because most LeBlancs now do the gunblade lich bane build which does not require LeBlanc to use W aggressively at all, making her W nearly always up to jump away from abilites, where as with LeBlanc pre w nerf LeBlanc would use W aggressively much more often leaving LeBlanc vulnerable to hitting her with abilites faster and easier. All that being said i thought LeBlanc was mostly fine untill her W got gutted, i only think LeBlancs E should be slightly shorter LeBlancs current E range which is 925, so i think 900 E range.
