Not as OP or broken as sh*t is in Dota, but more of the strategic uses of items
Like, ADCs had literally 3 items to build every game before 30 mins 
These new items are a nice change of pace, give more variety, I like it

I don't know why everyone says that Dota2 characters and items are broken. They are broken when you look from League's perspective, but Dota2 is a completely different game. On Dota2, they are probably balanced - I don't play Dota2, but I've heard that everything is broken on this game. Therefore they are balanced, because if everything is broken, then nothing is broken.
you know what? dota 2 has balanced ranged adc that aren't 100% needed
