and you cannot find a champ to play, (i dont have time to climb atm let alone play more than 2 games every other day) but is sleeper op af. at least in low elo if not everywhere.

Yeah, vlad is one that I'm thinking might be "sleeper OP" in low elo as well. Literally noone buys grievous wounds items barring morellos characters, so you can often get away with building almost full damage (spirit vissy still a super efficient item) and becoming hilariously impossible to kill.

In this bronze meta? Hardly. Like 80% of the supports I've seen take exaust, and unless you're facing one-tricks people tend to flock to the likes of AD assassins/control mages (many of which seem to randomly rush luden's).

If we're looking at overall win-rate, then people could come to the conclusion that he's weak. That being said, his winrate isn't 0 so clearly there is a bit of merit to taking him (notably his early game q poke).
