Going Precision - Inspiration grants 18% attack speed?

inspiration literally gives you nothing on it's own, so they just made everything give you more stats if you go inspiration as your primary/secondary tree

each tree provides a stat. for example, going domination resolve grants you a modest amount of damage and hp. sorcery - precision gives you modest damage and AS

going inspiration grants you a large # of the other tree you select instead. so sorcery + inspiration gives you a larger bonus of AP or AD than compared to if you went sorcery + another tree.
