So, Teleport is being nerfed because it's seeing a lot of play but...
sees play on 99.99% of champions, and hasn't been buffed or nerfed in over 6 years.

Flash has become too ingrained in the game to become removed or nerfed to where it isn't basically mandatory without completely fucking balance to the wall and back.
TP is in no such position.
at this point they should stop calling it a summoner spell and make it default, like B
I think it would be interesting to make flash just a given ability and free up a summoner spell slot.
It's not being nerfed for being taken too much, it's being nerfed because cancelled TP plays aren't flashy or 'fun' to watch.
