If you know how to clear with him you can take almost no damage from raptors or krugs and clear semi fast. If you are a newer Rengar player he is gonna feel terrible during his early jungle clears. His dueling early is pretty weak now though, and you're better off avoiding counter jungling or fighting for camps until you get some longswords.
