Am I asking for too much?

In case you didn't know, Irelia is allowed to actually press Q on her next target BEFORE the first Q is even completed, and then she will instantly Q to the next pre-selected target when the first one completes. This is a form of ability buffering.

It actually allows for some extremely smooth gameplay, and I'm perfectly ok with it existing. I think we should all be able to push what our champions can do to a "maximum level". I like the idea of there being a true ceiling for those fast paced moments, as long as it's extremely high. It's not like this change would play the game for you, you still have to input the exact same commands. It just takes out the guess work of working around the slightly ambiguous cooldown HUD (it goes from .1s to playing a short animation which I PERSONALLY find to be very misleading).

This becomes a pretty big problem when playing a low cooldown champion such as my main, the blue boi that is Ryze.

I saw a post from Riot promising this functionality of buffering an ability before it is ready for ALL champions, but it hasn't happened yet. I really think this change should be introduced. Let's voice our opinions! :)

Being able to buffer my E- Spell Flux so that it casts when available (as long as you don't input any other command while waiting for it to happen) would make my gameplay feel MUCH smoother. And with his 43% winrate, I think this buff would be merited as fair.

The game has always had options for CDR at incredibly small values. We used to get 1.3% CDR runes, we've had cosmic insight for a while, Lucidity boots used to give 15%, and now we have scaling cooldown reduction again, which goes up by less than 1% per level. This all seems a LITTLE bit pointless to me when it's impossible to get perfect mileage out of those bits of CDR, whereas every bit of AD, AP, and even attack speed has a direct impact on your DPS. Then there's the fact that all ADCs have attack move at their disposal, which while it is a slightly different story, it really still is a way of removing a skill aspect in favor of "skill capped" gameplay being feasible.

What do you guys think? Would this small buff for Ryze be fair? I think that out of all of League's champions, he needs it the most. Should this simply be available for ALL champions? Would that really just make it too easy? Do you guys ENJOY pressing your button 3 times around when it comes up in an effort to get it off as soon as possible? I see a lot of streamers resort to that technique. Anyways, thanks for reading guys! Let's make Riot hear us! :) Peace.

P.S. Dont mind the poll spelling, the phrases have a very low letter count xD

I would be satisfied if Irelia couldnt cast her e2 while silenced/stunned/golden/etc.
