Figuring out the best team fight build for Tryndamere

Taking all suggestions, trying to brainstorm the best team fight build for him.

I've got thousands of games on him so I know he isn't a very good team fighter-- i wouldn't be making a thread about the best split pushing build for Tryndamere because its pretty obvious how to build him for that.

Sometimes you really do have to team fight with Tryndamere, like when the enemy has three hard engages and your team can't hold the 4v5.

So, what is the best team fight build for Trynd?

I've been having success with:

Warlords + summoner 6 summoner 1 item 3006 item 3046 item 3031 item 3139 item 3026 item 3071

If their AP is low I might swap Mercurial out for Blood Thirster.

I would consider a item 3022. Yes the Phage effect from Cleaver will help deal with kite, Mallet will also slow them down for some extra abuse.

PD+DD+boots gives some tankiness ER+DD gives 40% cdr makes it hard to be kited.

no armor penetration though, might give it a shot anyway

Should have had lw items in there as situational. Even with that though trynd still is kinda crap against tanks. At least in a teamfight scenario. No built in way to deal with them.
