Has minion targeting changed recently?

Something that's been bugging me for about 2 patches now is I have enemy minions following me into jungle and river farther and more often than before. Anyone else have the same thing happening?

Drives me nuts but I don't think anything has changed lol.

I feel like recently they have been more adventurous as well... I've had them follow from one lane to another almost, it's annoying because of the vision it grants
