ADC's were never weak

I don't understand why all of the sudden everyone thinks ADC's are op. They were never weak, they were never op. The only difference is that teams are finally realizing that building around and playing around the ADC can be very beneficial. And that maybe giving the ADC the double kill bot and camping botlane is better than camping the Riven who still can't 1v1 when you already got her 2 kills ahead. Or that getting free dragons and first tower is more important than Mid and Jungle trying to steal the enemy blue. I'm not saying this is how every game should go because I understand there are some shit botlanes. But if there is one thing I've noticed this season it's that teams are working more around their ADC's.
