Is there a way that I could change how much health and resistances the practice targets have?

Is there any way I could change how much health they have, as well as the amount of armor and Magic Resist? I want to test builds for my main, Vladimir, and how much damage I would do to certain targets. If there is a function like that, I would be able to simulate how much damage I would do to another champion, say Lux, with my combos by changing her max health and MR+Armor to imitate her in game.
