NEW Base health regeneration increased by 100%. For ranged champions, 50% instead.

Unique passive: Minions give 1 extra gold per kill. Upon killing 100 minions, gain 450 gold.

NEW Unique Passive: Autoattacks (regardless of ranged or melee) execute minions below 25% health. This execute is applied after the damage you deal, meaning it's possible to execute a minion above 25% health if your autoattack brings it at 25% or below.

The execute would shove waves of minions faster than I can feed. Which is fast.

It's similar to Relic Shield in the way that how hard it pushes depends entirely on how soon (or how late) you autoattack the minion.

Purchasing Cull, a very passive item, which would become even more passive with my rework, heavily implies that you want the enemy minions to push towards you. You don't want to fight, you just want to farm. You're going to get the absolute last hit, regardless of whether the execute mechanic was on the item or not, in order to prevent your wave pushing forward.

Saying it's going to shove minions "just because" implies that you're terrible at knowing when to last hit.

If the execute works 100% of the time, with no cooldown, then just like Relic Shield, it will naturally push the wave. since the minion will not be there to defend. If you use the passive to Only last hit, then eventually the enemy wave will push to you, but then you have very little AD, since the bonus is gone, and your early attack speed will give the enemy the advantage, albeit, they leave themselves open to ganks more.

The moral I want to know is; why give it an execute? It challenges you to get 100 cs. It's not supposed to help you. Getting 100 cs is supposed to be up to the player, not an item. This literally helps you guarantee money. Not to mention, the bonus gold, and the fact that you want it to be 100 gold cheaper? Also, this gives options to early game melee champions, like Garen, a huge leg up, since the regen and execute factor, make it almost no competition to go into the wave and farm.
