Can we have any buffs for strength of the ages mastery?

it's the only keystone mastery that doesn't give anything at level 1, it scales really slowly and even when full stacked, bonus still isn't really overwhelming. also the passive after reaching all the stacks is pretty much useless. i'm pretty sure it should give something more than 1aa of survivability late game, after all the time you needed to gain stacks, especially with the incoming nerf for veteran's scars

It should just give +4% Maximum Health when maxed, seeing as they're changing Vet's Scars to flat Health anyway.

I feel like it's pretty good on tank junglers, especially ones that rush resistances after Cinderhulk rather than more health, like a Rammus or Malphite. Otherwise, it's garbage.

I think it's underrated. That's 300 health. It's not negligible.
