Every game now, its a troll, or just a dirt 4 rank just feeding hard. There is nothing I can do anymore. My KDA is usually 2.0+, my CS is on the high side and I can outfarm my opponent in most games now. However, EVERY GOD DAMN GAME, there is this one feeder, that goes 0/7 by minute 20, and then the person he fed comes to my lane and I cant do a thing.

Let me fix the title for you:
I will never get out of Bronze - until I fix my gameplay
You do all the basic bronze mistakes that everybody does when starting. So stop blaming your team mates, if they were so detremental to the game, elo boosting would be impossible. And we all know elo boost works like charm (especially now with new demented dynamic que system) so let's stop blaming others and focus on improvement and how to carry yourself out of there, shall we? ;-)
Fix your runes AD - get rid of CDR and put flat MR there. AP - get rid of all runes except Quints, and pt there 9x MarPen marks, 9x Armor seals, 9x MR glyphs (all flat). These runes are not 100% optimal for every champion, but it will do till mid silver ranks. These 2 rune pages are basic, in high elo they won't be as good, but in bronze they are the best. You can't go wrong with these on any champs.
Fix your Masteries Tbh for a bronze palyer you have OK masteries but there are some mistakes but that doesn't matter really. If you want to climb rankeds, go to LoLking and search for specific guides for champions you wanna play and make personalized masteries for each. Search for those FRESH ones. These guides were made by plat or higher players, they know how to make a proper mastery page. So just go there and copy paste it. It's free and helps you a lot ;)
Choose your role Like many bronzies, you as well play every role. In your last 10 matches you played jungle, bot, support and mid lane. Ofc you can't climb like this. You need to learn the nuances of specific roles and this is not how you do it. Pick your main and secondary role and play ONLY THOSE. Nothing else. The sooner you learn them, sooner you can improve and climb ranks.
Choose your champions Like with roles, you also play too many different champions. To make it worse you also play those that even gold players can't play properly - Draven and Lee Sin. Also stop playing Veigar, he is very farm dependant and you still did not learn to CS properly so your Veigar would be always underpowered. So 2 things to do here: First - for each role choose your main and secondary champion. Play your main for that role every time and use secondary if your main gets banned or picked. For that I advise you not to pick flavour of the month or contended champs to have better chance to get them in pick/ban phase. Second - pick EASY champions. To master Lee Sin you will need more than 150 games and still you may play him only to 50% of his potential. Pick something easy, that you can learn in 50 games and then focus on tactics and nuances of those champions. Something like Malphite, Nautilus, Garen, Renekton, Nunu, Cho'Gath, Amumu, Annie, Lux, Katarina, Caitlyn, Ezreal, Tristana, Alistar, Braum, Blitzcrank (dunno what roles you gonna pick so I am listing more options for different roles).
Learn to last hit You can't last hit. On average you get about 3 minions in a minute (30CS in 10 minutes). Even I - support main, can get 50CS in 10 minutes. And I don't practice it at all. So your 3CS in a minute is about 50 gold you make per minute by farming. But within that time 12-13 minions comes to your lane worth of 250-300 gold. Compare it to your 50 gold. If you learn how to last hit properly, you can outfarm your oponent, go base, come back with better items and kill them, then snowball and carry. Every day go to custom game without frieds or bots, go to mid lane and last hit - that means wait until the enemy minion has only as much health as your basic attack deals - and try to kill it. Practice for 10 minutes every day. Your average score should be around 80+ (really good players gets 95+ btw). Just with this you can win the lane and have massive advantagte in mid game because while those clowns would run around with doran blade and pickaxe, you will have your first item finished and would be able to rekt them.
** ZERO FCKING WARDS!!!** Dude, sry to be harsh but you deserve that Bronze 5 rank... you have this free trinket with free wards and you don't even use it? OMG! No wonder you get ganked and die. No wonder you can't ping your team mates to be careful. Also buy Pink wards. When you learn last hiting you will always have spare 75g to buy that sht and place it somewhere to see enemy movement. So start using this. Ward nearby bushes in laning phase, ward dragon and baron later.
And learn watching mini map!!! Every time you can't see even one enemy laner expect them to be in the very next bush and act according to that knowledge. You will deny enemy so much gold just by not diying... if you have problems watching mini map, use this sound track and every tiem that guy says MAP, look at the stupid map! Really. I can't tell you how many times I saved my team mates by pinging incoming enemy gank just by watching this mini map thingy. By that I denied 300-450g to the enemy and saved some frustration in my team. #GGezIcarriedLoL
Change your attitude Don't blame and flame your team mates. You make things worse. Focus on what you can do better, learn from your mistakes and don't die for no reason. Every time you die think why you died and how to avoid it in the future and you will climb like a rocket. (i.e. don't go "help" your team mate who got caught in unwarded jungle by 4 enemies. You only feeed them double kill).

Just climbed for the second time (the first being the beginning of last year) out of bronze and into silver, and am looking forward to the road to plat/dia this year.
You can't climb out of bronze V because you don't deserve to, not because your teammates are holding you back. Someone who deserves a higher elo should be able to carry most games.

I mean, I'm never going to get out of bronze because I suck. I'm sure a little self reflection would do you good. Maybe try setting the goalposts a little lower?
Take my Season 6 goal for instance. My goal is to be able to get into Bronze II because I don't think I'll be able to get any higher. Just be realistic about it and you'll end up having a much more positive attitude in League.
