Old Nunu gets 90
65 is less than squishy enchanters like Janna who get 70. The only other champion with 65 per level is mini Gnar.
edit: The numbers posted on surrenderat20 are wrong. In game on the PBE I'm seeing 90 hp growth and a much weaker ult shield. A tiny base amount + 25% of bonus HP.
Most other characters don't have a 50% AP ratio heal self-heal (that also scales on total health) on a 12-8 second base cooldown and a shield for up to 50% of their maximum health. He also compensates somewhat with a high MR growth (second only to Pyke). I suspect he's more durable than you think.
I'm guessing because he has slightly more base armour (32 vs 28) and gets a little more MR per level (1.488 vs 1.25).
If anything it might be increased slightly, especially considering Nunu and Willump are meant to be a tank champion.
