I can't beat talon

Somebody please help me out, because I just can't face talon, as anyone really, but especially as Zed. I know that's supposedly a counter, but even if I get ridiculously ahead early game (4/0/0 and perhaps 40cs up at 15mins) He still deletes me with not a thought to my damage.

I've tried playing him, but he's part of a small group of champions that I just can't seem to get the hang of, and so I can't really spot his weaknesses very well. If somebody (perhaps a talon main) could give me some suggestions, that'd be terrific.

If you could tell me

Champions I can play against him
Items I can build
Signs that show me when he's weak (I swear his ultimate doesn't have a cooldown)
Anything else

This is going to sound really bizarre as this is an anti-AP champion who normally struggles against AD but... Galio . You need to rush item 3028 on him because he's perma-oom without it but afterwards you can go straight into item 3157 . As for why Galio specifically; he struggles against anyone ranged but is strong against fellow melees. Talon is a melee, and will always be ripe to harass with Resolute Smite (Q), but your strongest tool is Bulwark (W). Bulwark buffs the armor and mr of the target by a lot , and heals galio every time the target takes damage, reducing with each tick. When Talon goes in on you, he'll almost always use his Q which applies a bleed. A DoT. This is perfect for you. Bulwark yourself and be amazed as the bonus Armor not only lets you shrug off a significant amount of damage, but his Q actually heals you for his trouble. And once you're 6 he can't dare to go in on you or risk being ult-full-combo'd under your turret.

Here's what you do. Whenever, WHENEVER you see Talon use Rake, he's made himself Vulnerable. You need to punish him for every missed Rake

Champs to play against talon? Vladimir... Trust me on this if he uts just puddle and walk off, your ult can't be dodged if you use it at the start of a fight.

Only item you need to build to counter him: item 3157 as ap any form of armor: item 3143 item 3742 item 3075 as ad.

He's weak pre-6 and squishy throughout the entire game.

Yeah, no champ should really "counter" any champ that hard. I was once akali mid. I was 4/0/0 ahead of everyone by 40 cs and i roam top for an "easy" kill on the 0/2 diana. I have ignite flash and 3 stacks on ult. I ignite, q, r, aa, e, q, aa, r, and i would have q, aa'd and r'd again but I'm dead. She killed me. 1v1, not under tower, without minion help. I think that that's a problem with the system. Sure she "counters me" but if I'm that ahead and play well, shouldn't i be able to kill her?

Try Azir. Punish him for even DARING to get a single CS.

Or try someone who naturally shoves wave, like Malzahar or Heimerdinger. A talon can't roam if his tower is under constant pressure. Malz can afk farm at a safe distance so he can't get blinked on, and Heimerdinger can have turrets+zhonyas to ruin his day.
