Communication doesn't seem to work in Bronze. Advice?

Taking into account that a good sum of the players in Bronze are children (17>14ish), what should I do with this problem ? Pinging gets through on some occasions, even verbally telling them (ex. Akali is roaming, coming bot) ooccasionally have an impact on thier actions. Then they wonder why lane 'x' is fed. Its a pretty big issue that I keep coming across and it feels as if map awareness becomes less useful when noone is taking into account that there is ex. clearly a Jarvan waiting in a warded brush to gank them, despite pings and mias. The hell am i doing wrong? Should i just not call Mia and let them die or something? xD Another example is during teamfights, I'll let my team know that I'm going top to farm and that I'll group after I push the lane, despite my saying that they initiate a 4v5 teamfight and act surprised that they didnt get and ace when 1 or 2 lanes are behind? I dont get it. Help is greatly appreciated.

Carry.

Carry. Carry. Carry. Carry.

Master the art of seizing opportunities and catching inexperienced bronze players out. Use a champion that punishes mistakes severely, like TF, Veigar, or Annie.

TF is especially good because if your team refuses to group, you can splitpush a lane, and when the enemy team comes to take care of you, you can use your ult to switch lanes and proceed to push the other tower while they scramble to follow you.

Spam pings. Or get way ahead. People listen to their carries, its a pack strategy

Carry champions are the easiest way to get out of bronze, suffice to say communication is important but you can piggy back yourself out of the division if you are skilled enough. If i were you i would focus on potentially what you are doing wrong to increase your overall skill level.
