at least, in my MMR. And any game he does get picked is usually dodged, or the side with him wins. Seriously, since his buff I haven't seen a single game he didn't at least get moderately fed(3 kills to 1 death at the very least), or that he didn't win, and everyone knows he's OP, Riot knows he's OP and I know they're planning on hotfixing him in the next patch... but please, Riot, just give us the hotfix now. Don't even have to call it a new patch, just like when you disable a champ to fix a bug, you update the game but don't change the whole patch... because holy fuck he is broken and needs to be fixed, and it seems like you're just trying to squeeze the money out of him while you can with people buying him and buying skins.

That's what they're doing. It's already live on some servers. NA just took a bit longer because of server issues.

This. The hot fix is supposed to be applied today. I believe Riot noted somewhere that the changes would be server side only to avoid causing a new patch, so the client side tooltips will not be updated to reflect the new numbers until next patch.

Because Fracture needs to be hotfixed. It deals way too much damage for a 55 mana spell, and it's also on a decently low CD.

However I think Riot is overdoing the nerf. Should have been 40/75/110/145/180 + 35/45/55/65/75 damage. Or 40/80/120/160/200 + 50 at all ranks. Then increase the mana cost to 50/55/60/65/70. Nerfing the total damage to 205 from 305 is overnerfing.

Yes, but you used hotfix incorrectly. When they hotfix something, they don't call it a new patch.

Ah, I see.

Well its still taking too damn long, we've been stuck with this monster for - what? - a week now? Maybe only half, I'm terrible at keeping track of time. Either way I don't care if they disable the guy until they can finish it, they need to do something.
