this is being for a while now. it kinda bothers me how much people discuss how OP champion X is but why no one discuss how much champion Y sucks? Maybe he is underrated or something?

Nunu is intended to be a jungler and Riot never, ever, ever wants to see top Nunu be viable ever again.
Also, this patch made Nunu crazy strong in the jungle, dragon matters again and buff timers make it crazy easy for him to keep stealing from you.
Dracocrash5 votesThere is a reason for that. Look at his play rate its 0.13%. Very very low. Also nunu is a very popular "troll" champ to pick when u want to piss of ur team mates. Ex. Disco nunu, or nunu who steals jungle because dynamic que didnt give it to him. Since nunu already has a small amount of games played to begin with, those few "trollers" who play nunu have a huge impact on his winrate. As such his top winrate is definitely not accurate. More over if you look at experiance vs winrate you can see after 50+ game he crosses a 50% winrate and even reaches 56%. So people who know who to play him can definitely play him. He's by no means "bad". Maybe the meta doesn't favor him, or sumthing.

From what i'm seeing on boards, it seems to be a combination of riot releasing them under-tuned and the fact that people are playing these champs for the first time; it will take time for people to learn how to play these champs and what to build (especially with the extensive item changes).

EcchiOtakuTM1 votesWell vlad has a clunky issue atm, his Q needs duration increase of 1.5, e needs to stop interrupting w, and EITHER his e outer ring warning needs removal or they remove the slow for something else like healing based on targets hit or a weak CC.
Swain is mostly cause his ulti has an unintended cast time and Q's tether range was nerfed.

Taric the Gay1 votesHe's outdated compared to many other champions. Taric was reworked because of how bland he felt in comparison to other champions. Nunu in comparison to most other champions is quite bland also. Compare him to Ekko, the kid with the over loaded kit, and you will see how he gets out classed in every category. But Nunu is unique in how he can out smite an enemy jungler so he has that going for him.
The newest reason why his win rate is so low now is because the new jungle timers tipping people off on when their buffs are ready. Makes counter jungling, which is Nunu's Forte, much harder to pull off.
