Need clarify on Quinn and Valor(thats the tag team true calling) Blinding Assault

QnV 's q, Blinding Assault is now a spell applying effect called nearsight, which seem to be sharing the same effect as Graves's Smoke Screen and 's ability. What I want to know is if the nearsight prevent ranged champions from basic attacking units out of their sight(300 units radius). For situation like after QnV Blinding Assault a ranged champion, applied the nearsight, QnV would auto attack the target most likely. So does the ranged champion get sight on QnV attacking him/her/it from range of 300-525?
