Obviously Riot's clarity is down-grading. 2 questions,

  1. LB's 1st ability on enemy applies sigil. The 2nd ability triggers it, But not applying sigil, right?
  2. Need explanation the whole Mimic(R) mechanism. Thx

The ability that successfully triggers Sigil of Malice will not reapply it, no. However, if you cast E on a target that is not already marked, it will both apply the Sigil (once the chain lands) and proc/consume it (once the chain roots them in place).

  1. Need explanation the whole Mimic(R) mechanism.

Upon clicking R, LeBlanc has a few seconds to recast any one of her abilities. These "Mimicked" versions of her abilities will deal more damage than their non-Mimic counterparts (e.g., R-Q will deal more damage than just a regular Q) and will also stealth LeBlanc temporarily before spawning a clone next to her which casts a fake version of the Mimicked spell she cast. The clone is controllable, lasts only briefly, and exists solely to disorient enemies.

LeBlanc can also choose to cast Mimic-R, which will spawn a clone at the target location that will automatically move towards the location of the nearest enemy Champion on the map and cast a decoy/damageless version of the last spell LeBlanc cast, disappearing afterwards. The range of this spell is global so its deception potential is limitless.
