Can we have a better kill notification?

What I mean is that the current kill notification of a whole wording "XXX has slain YYY" is up for 23 second while the "kill" at the side only allow up to 3 of these at the same time. So what happened is that I though I killed one enemy say the MVP, which came up that he flashed into a bush. Not noticed hes still alive, he came back up and won the team fight. Why not noticed? Because theres already blood shed, kills had been done but that fking kill note tend to show u only 3 kill at a time! And I would need to wait for 23 second so to check whether that MVP is on the list! Like can we have a smaller yet informative kill note?
