I have no PBE account so I can't really tell if the "blind" work, and work as we the traditional Quinn & Valor lover asked, so anyone willing to share your view?
What's my first impression was that "WTF? That "blind" radius is even larger than Graves' W", and its like similar to the vision in some part of the jungle. I am really thinking Riot was just answering we the traditional Quinn & Valor lover who asked for blind, but a work of perfunctory.
The reduction is insignificant, they should buff the reduction or make it scale overtime, so that it is a full blind and wears off quickly.
It makes her feel a whole lot like Quinn again.

i agree, the blind isnt that great, once you landed, "IF" you land it they can just go up to you and attack you again, it's not that good... i feel like they changed numbers instead of fixing the problem, they removed the extra damage on Q, so technically they didnt buff her/help her, they just moved stats around :/, makes me sad to be honest this adc is never picked anyways, and the one opportunity to make her right they fuck it up
