Is there really enough time for teamwork in champ select? (blind pick)

Honestly, I think one of the biggest reasons people are so hostile in champion select is because there is a very short amount of time for you to see what you team has and to pick something you are willing to play. Basically there's no time for conflict resolution, everyone is just thrown in with a "have to have things my way or it'll be a bad game" mentality.

Personally I dont' think there's enough time for proper teamwork in draft pick champ select...

But then, I usually have most people being arrogant "anime star wannabes" in my champ selects...

They need a team builder for ranked.

I agree. There's not enough time to sort out any arguments in most game modes. An extra 15-30 seconds discussion, perhaps before you start picking or banning, could help.
