Rush Sunfire or Deadman's Plate as a Fighter/Tank?

When I top lane with a Fighter/Tank, I typically set a goal to try to proxy farm right away, so I'm biased towards Sunfire.

i think deadmans is better if you feel like you need the movement speed

As a fighter/tank I prefer Deadman's in most situations because of it's chase potential.

Sunfire if you're looking for a damage/tank item, or if you're running Grasp of the Undying. Deadman's in basically every other situation.
