@Riot Instead of Ezreal having to E into his W to get attack speed, how about this change?
Essence Flux
- (Removed) Ezreal no longer gains the attack speed bonus from his own Essence Flux if he somehow gets hit by it.
- (Nerfed) Attack speed boost to allies reduced to 10/15/20/25/30% from 20/25/30/35/40%.
- (Added) For each enemy hit by Essence Flux, Ezreal gains an additional 2.5/5/7.5/10/12.5% Attack speed, capped at four enemies (10/20/30/40/50% total Attack Speed).
- (Nerfed) Cooldown increased to 12/11/10/9/8 seconds from 9 seconds at all ranks.
- (Buffed) Mana cost reduced to 50/55/60/65/70 from 50/60/70/80/90.
Arcane Shift
- (Buffed) Cooldown reduced to 16/14.75/13.5/12.25/11 seconds from 19/17/15/13/11.
So these changes are intended to make Essence Flux a lot more satisfying to use during fights rather than outside of combats. This way, AD Ezreal won't feel his Essence Flux to be a burde or a loss of mana or time during fights, allowing him to finally have an useful spell. To compensate for this new attack speed during fights, Ezreal cannot give attack speed to himelf anymore, and the attack speed to allies has been reduced emphasing the use of his W in a more offensive way. The Arcane Shift cooldown buff here is just to give Ezreal the possibility of maxing his W second instead of after his E, so he won't be stuck with a 19 seconds E until lvl 14 (One of Ezreal's strengths is his mobility, so I didn't want to nerf that).
Thoughts?

I removed the Width increase per level and gave Arcane Shift a higher cooldown based on a few feedback that made sense.
