Riot patch notes: -We've removed Irelia's slow. Now her E just stuns you, preventing you from feeling bad about getting her HP lower than yours.

I would be perfectly fine if they did this:

E No longer slows
E Stun Duration changed to 1.25 seconds at all ranks from 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds

Have a sit-on stun Annie or have a kit full of stuns Amumu Leona Nautilus and no one bats an eye, but have a situational stun and everyone goes batshit crazy over it.

His ult scales with your AP no matter if you're ahead or behind.

It's similar, but it's not specifically if you're doing better than him. Garen and Irelia are more appropriate examples.

It's like saying item 3153 punishes health stacking champions for doing well. It just scales with an enemy's stats, not their performance.

he gains ap by using q as well. its both performance and enemys stats. veigar is broken because if u both go even he still wins by default. have u ever played another lane and veigar 1 shots u in a teamfight? do u have any idea what veigar does to leblanc? she can stay hidden trying to 1 shot but if he presses one button shes instantly dead. "banshees veil". one of the most useless items ive ever seen in this game. ANY spell breaks it. u really think the enemy team is going to watch u while ur shield is up? its useless. theres no counterplay to the champ. u need the best reaction time to zhonyas the ulti. and if ur not ap, your fucked.
