It's supposed to be cancelled upon TAKING DAMAGE

Yet, Frozen Heart does nothing but reduces his attack speed. How is that even possible?

maybe dont rush a frozen heart against someone whos building a cleaver? sorry, but i dont see a reason to punish a champion for your questionable build choices.

if you see someone building a cleaver, stack health.

if you see someone building a bork, build frozen heart. its not hard.

im not sold on the counterpick part. garen can theoretically bully nasus around. but to do so he has to use his spin. nasus can use that to force garen to push the lane.

so depending on the mood of the enenemy jungler, the garen might snowball aginst nasus, if he isnt shut down due to making himself an easy target.

or the nasus might just farm in comfort under his turret and stack health and armor.
