Yes she still is, Q is a great way to poke mages early game and since they don't have sustain (usually), you'll push them out of lane quickly. Plus, the moment she lands a poison, EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE mashing is now enabled.

Stop fucking crying and get over it, I bet 90% of those circlejerkers aren't even Cass mains.

No, that's the point. They want a rework because "QEEEEE" isn't fun to play or to play against.

Also get anger management classes.

Have you met Azir ?

Anyway, the thing is... dem poisons do not deal much dmg, and if you have sustain or a Flask for example, Cass won't be able to kill you with the E spam alone, without going oom.

At the higher levels of play, it's also a risky play to "all in" and blow up your whole mana bar since you need to be 100% sure that you will get the kill. Otherwise you have to back, while losing exp and farm.

Not to mention, that her passive benefits more if you keep people on lane -> more stacks for you.
