give new galio ult the shunpo treatment

instead of directly to ally, make him select ally and then click an area around the champion to drop down too, its a little obnoxious to have such little control over his ultimate ability. (or double click for on ally for the immediate ally response)

consider this, you want to save your lux, its a shame shes a mile away from the enemy team, heres a 0 dmg ult, 0 knockups, 0 utility besides gap closer.

its really lame as is to have such a long animation only for the enemy team to be telegraphed "hey stop chasing the lux" .....and galio does nothing.
