of the marksman reworks that they want to ship in 5.18 or 5.19. Not really bad thinking there imo.

Because a near endless stream of people are complaining about her instead of learning how to deal with her. Riot has made changes in the past because of this (or more importantly avoided making changes for the same reason).

I'm not saying the current people in charge would act the same, but historically this has happened.

Because bad players don't know how to play against Vayne. And a good Vayne just looks fucking mystical to bad players with invisibility tumbles and wall slams so it's "nerf vayne pls" instead of "what should I be doing better" lol
