@Riot- You guys should revisit some old items.
For those who don't remember, Innervating Locket was an item that was removed because of some stupidly good synergy it had between Udyr and Gragas, who could have potentially unlimited mana.
However, it's worth noting that the reason for the removal (Udyr/Gragas having mana restoration) was -also- removed....so why don't we put innervating locket back in?
Riot, you guys make changes to League all the time. For better, worse, whatever you might feel is the case. However, as your game evolves, old problems become obsolete. Remember how Nocturne's ult changes were reverted to his release range because the game changed around him? So too should you guys look into adding old items back because of the way the game has changed.
Eleisa's Miracle could come back because of how many ADCs take heal now in favor of the old days where ignite or barrier was the standard.
Spellbreaker could be an alternate build-path to hexdrinker for champions who may not want the cooldown reduction and instead desire a bit of crit.
I STILL don't get why you removed Ranger's Trailblazer.
Shard of True Ice was a legitmately interesting alternative to twin shadows, yet it died so that
could live.
Soul Shroud gave a pretty good niche for people who wanted to support their team. Maybe bring it back in some form as a mana restoration item?
You guys are sitting on a gold mine of underutilized items that could easily come back. The game has changed. Maybe it's time to look back at some of these items and wonder if they'd find a home in this new world of League?
would end up replacing it with Zephyr because it offered much better movement speed and attack speed on top of a nice passive.

giving you a burning aura that also restores mana. Or maybe
+
that restores allies mana based on your own mana regen to a degree. If you want you could even move it to the arcane boots-style that DOTA2 has with boots that restore mana every once in a while.
popped from Black Market Brawlers. (along with
)
is technically an aura/effect, but because it's so pronounced you don';t lose the visual sensibility.
