raptor cloak item for teamfighting?

and its upgrades have a really nice passive but i can only really find value for it if im near a turret, unless i take and drop the portal in the middle of a fight i'm not gonna get to enjoy the movement bonus

maybe we could see an item for bruisers built around enjoying this if they choose to have stronger moveability in a fight as opposed to the diving power of ohm and the splitpush zz'rot offers?

+ (same recipe as ohm, just for an example) we'll use the same stat-line as ohm for simplicity's sake, 300 health 50 armor active: mark a target champion as a conduit; point runner will apply to that champion for X seconds while you're within 600 units of them.
