Dear laner just because you have self confidence issues you did not express to me does not mean my gank was a bad one and that you need to immediately flee when you have 3/4th of your hp abandoning me to your laner and their jungler arriving for a counter gank.
I see this behavior often in games that are guaranteed losses when i jungle and gank a pushed top lane and the top laner is too scared to help me fight the laner so the gank either fails or if their jungler also happened to be nearby i am now dead, only to leave lane and not 1 minute later you all in your lane opponent and die to them, wth.
People often just attack junglers who are rapidly feeding kills without considering that just maybe the reason the jungler died is because your not doing your job as a laner, and whats worse is people find it acceptable to abandon the jungler and when this happens and the enemy team figures it out the laners just start walking out of lane towards your allied jungle using vision to target the jungler whenever they try to get CS because they know the laners wont come to help, heck in this scenario they dont even ping an mia after watching them walk into the river in full view of them and the minion wave.
This leaves you with two options as a jungler you either give up your jungle and CS or risk it and go grab that CS and in either case your likely damned because in option A the laners will attack you for "not doing anything" and in option B they'll scream at you for dying to a 3 man jungle gank while they sit in lane safely last hitting instead of either pushing up the now empty lane to punish the roam or B follow the roam and wait for them to waste all spells then attack from fog of war.
That being said yes sometimes it is indeed the junglers fault as it is a pivitol role, however if all your lanes are struggling to do anything that being either killing your laner, getting damage on towers, or farming and the jungler starts dying a bunch after this in their own jungle then yes it is the laners fault because your opponents simply don't fear you doing anything to them or punishing them for their roam.
