Can we disable banner of command in all for 1?

As an ap champion, when your opponents are all heimerdingers who rush banner, you literally cant do anything to stop them from facerolling you, and it is very unfun.

While we're at it let's disable every major mage update champion since going against 5 of any of them is CANCER. >_>

Honestly the only thing i find fun in this gamemode anymore.

Try Gangplank. Just coordinate all five ults and target an enemy. 250 BASE damage per second. They get melted.
