50CaliberHecate1 votesDark Star or Cosmic is a no-brainer for Xerath yet Riot wanted to give the theme to Jhin and Ashe. I imagine a new Dark Star set including Xerath, Vel'koz and Malzahar!
Shaa Thurray2 votesI'm goin to say this once. And only once.
As a Vel'Koz main, his next skin needs to be Cthu'Koz. Nothing else can suffice.
Make him the Lovecraftian horror he was destined to be.
