@Ironstylus: While the others are retooling Diana, how about your thoughts on another knightly lady?

Leona's still my favorite Solari tank, and nothing's gonna change that. But League could still use more armor-clad ladies who can take a huge hit and still keep coming. But on that note, I think that there also needs to be one of a... darker path.

You've probably seen me toting this one around before, but I just recently gave her a significant retooling, and she could use a Rioter's feedback.

General Concept
Nephree's a physical-damage armor-tank who is built around punishing enemies who attack her via counterattacks, while also forcing them to attack her via taunts. She wields an ancient cursed sword in Demacia's name, but is constantly beset by the fear that the curse may turn her from a righteous path and make her as wicked as those she fights.

Picture must be unrelated, as it's clearly Saber from Fate Stay/Night.

And why would having a Saber-lookalike be so bad? I'm sure the Riot team would like it, especially with the supposed Japanese servers coming.

We already have a knight ish warrior in Demacia is it Shyvana,Quinn and in Noxus is is Kinda Riven. If you are talking about a female who would be seen as a tank with a sword and huge armour, unless she has some magic ability or really sad backstory which is pushing her to be her best she would be seen as not really useful. Garen is strong as hell, Quinn befriended a rare bird with killing tendancies(after brothers death) J4 is the son of j3, xin xao is a tremendous warrior, shyvana is a dragon, lux can handle light, Galio is a god damn gargoyle, etc...

Nephree's a dark knight. She uses a weapon that was made for evil, but uses it for good. Unfortunately, the weapon is trying to turn her evil.

And don't compare with Varus. He got that power purely for revenge. Not exactly a noble goal.

Well considering that that would be seen as a threat she would more belong to Noxus then Demacia, she would be too unpredictable and if that is the case then her kit would change on the fly and RNG is a bad thing in league look at gangplanks ulti. TO much rng based for it to work.

I remember this concept from last year. She seems more of a tank, but I want another fighter/assassin, but in her kit a complete foil to Riven.

No idea how that would happen.

Yep, I'm still working at it. She's not quite assassin-worthy, but definitely can slug it out with other fighters.
