Stop making me lose LP for afks and trolls.

Look, I have no control of 4 other people on my team, and my rank is intended to be a reflection of my personal skill. I can accept that in a full 5v5 scenario, I can be held accountable for my rank. That makes a certain odd sense, I guess. If we've got an equal team and we lose, then we need to improve. I get the concept. It's a little annoying that I'm not the only person responsible for my rank in some ways, but in other ways I am responsible.

But then there's variables completely beyond my control. AFKs, trolls, etc. Firstly, the remake system needs to be WAY more lenient. If I have a teammate who connects to the game only to afk for the rest of it, staying in fountain the whole game, why can't I remake? Just because he connected to the game at all, even for a second, I'm shit outta luck? That makes no sense at all! What if I have someone who picks complete troll champions, like mid lane Soraka or some BS like that? What about people that int feed, like a Draven I had in rank that bought 3 Boots items and ran it down mid, only to buy a Mejai's and do it again when he respawned? Why is my rank reflective of these guys actively trying to fuck with my game?

I get why in a straight 5v5 game with everyone playing legitimate picks that I'm held accountable for my rank, because there's room to have an impact there. People int feeding, trolling, or afking remove my ability to make an impact in a game, and my rank should NOT be held accountable for that.

As others have pointed out -- it's a two way street you lose some for trolls and afks but you also gain it when they are on the opposing team. On another note; if you want 100% control over your rank then this game isn't for you. You need to find a game where you can play solo and all duels are 1 vs 1. Any team game will always be impacted by other players. Even if everyone doesn't troll; someone can always mess up or lose to the opposing laner. It will never be even.

It would take a LOT of reviewing, and therefore a LOT of manpower and resources soaked into doing this, and LP fluctuating wildly as people also accuse you of Inting when you have a bad game or AFK if you somehow briefly disconnect.

That said, I do think LP gains and losses should be reflected Imt two parts. First, the win/loss. Gain one way, lose the other. Second, and most importantly, post match grade. If you struggle and go poorly with a C- or D grade and get carried to a win, expect a big LP penalty and barely any net gain. If your team was trash but you played your heart out and earned an A+ or better, you at least barely lose any LP, of any.

You also gain LP when the other team has an afk or a troll. My question to you is, why don't I see you complaining about those wins??

Could it be that you feel entitled to the LP gained by a troll on the other team but feel you shouldn't be responsible for one on your team?

this has been my complaint about lol since the beginning. You are not the master of your own destiny in the game. at low elo like you and I are, i feel its a roll of the dice of who has less retarded people on my team. My last game yesterday I played with a jungle leona and no one on my team knew how to farm. I averaged 8.3cs/min as ADC the next highest on my team was 3.3cs/min for mid and top. Their top was better than ours, mid the same, and bot worse. Our big problem was offmeta jungler who couldnt clear nearly effectively and spent too much time in base. i dont feel my elo shows my true rank but these games happen far too often with 0 consequence because soon as you say something like 'play safe' or 'please dont turret dive without minions' you get instantly flamed.
