Remove autofill and do it now.

Autofill is a blight on this game. I would rather have a long queue time waiting for someone who actually wanted to play the Support role than someone who's going to int/afk/troll because they got autofilled support. I just dealt with a 1/12 LeBlanc support who fed so hard and threw the game so hard that I was demoted another rank, and this isn't an isolated instance. Autofilled supports are often bad at the role, don't want the role, complain because they have the role, and troll because they were given the role. This drags down the entire team's LP and ruins the experience for everyone else. This is not okay. A single person getting a role they didn't want and intentionally trolling or feeding should not have the power to completely ruin a game for others. Either remove autofill completely or in some way force people to not troll, or remove the LP/rank penalties for people who play with a trolling autofilled player. The current way the system works is cancer and costs people LP because they have to deal with these sh*tters.
