Why am I getting less IP now am level 30?

Hook and Bait? I mean. I use to get around 120-150 per win. and 80-100 per loss. now I get like 20-60 for a loss and 60-90 for win. its quite significantly less and I don't really know what ip is based on but from my experience Ip is a combination of win/loss and how long the game was. but it doesn't seem to matter a lot I rarely get any matches where i earn over 100 ip anymore. I mean it takes technically. it would take over 63 matches to get a 6300 champ now. lets say the average match is 30 mins. thats 30 hours for one champ. absurd. I liked it way more when I was early in the game. getting about 50% more IP. at least reward us for doing really well in matches. i don't think there is any reward for doing well but if there is its not significant. the daily bonus is cool. but i wish we had a bonus for doing well. or meeting a certain goal of wins or assists or kills everyday. I mean idk about you but 30 hours for 1 champ is a lot. around 15-20 should be fair enough.
